Requirements:
- No prior cleaning experience required — we provide full training
- Ability to read and speak English conversationally
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Smartphone with data plan (for scheduling & communication)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Comfortable performing physical work — including bending, kneeling, climbing, and lifting up to 25 lbs
