Do I have to be at home during the cleaning? Show MoreNo. If no one will be home to let our housekeepers in, an alternate entry method will be discussed during booking. Whether you hide a key, allow us the use of a door/garage code, or we have a copy of your home key in our office, your home will be made clean.

Will your housekeepers bring everything they need to clean? Show MoreAbsolutely! Our housekeepers are equipped with all cleaning products and equipment that they will need. If you’d like for us to use your vacuum, which is recommended for sanitary reasons, that won’t be a problem at all.
Do you know if there’s a particular product that works the best for your tile floors? Just let us know and we’ll be sure to use it in order to get the best cleaning possible.
What if I don’t want a room or a part of my house cleaned? Show MoreWe know that often guest bedrooms are used only a few times a year and in some homes the upstairs is rarely visited, so don’t hesitate to customize your cleaning. We can always set up a rotating schedule or even just clean rooms as needed.
How many housekeepers will come to clean? Show MoreOne or two housekeepers will be sent out to complete your cleanings. If you want to make sure that at least two housekeepers are available for each of your services just let us know.
Will the same housekeepers clean each time? Show MoreWe are dedicated to sending out the same housekeepers for each service. However, we want to assure you that each of our housekeepers are trained thoroughly to clean in the same manner in order to provide consistent services.
